I’d give this restaurant a 6 out of 5 due to the exemplary service from Brittni! We are new to the area and came here for the first time. What a welcome! Great food, excellent service and Brittni took the time to review the menu, specials, drinks and then spent her own time making us a list of local attractions to see as newcomers to the area.What an asset to this company!! We’ll definitely be back for another amazing meal, great deals and of course Brittni’s fantastic service!We would highly recommend this location.

Browns Socialhouse Lethbridge West
Had lunch at Browns Social House on a weekday and enjoyed it. The location is good on the West Side of Lethbridge near the edge of town and it is easy to get in and out of. Parking can be an issue as it is a busy strip mall but you can usually find a spot. The décor is nice with with a mix of booths and tables and screens around the bar and outside if you want to watch sports. There is an indoor outdoor patio that is mostly protected from the wind with a roof and opening in the walls that can be nice.

We often choose Browns as our first choice however, this time was an extreme disappointment. We were seated right away, but thenwaited continuously for service to the point where we had to request water. When it came time to order our food, part of our party was completely missed and our order wasn’t even taken. When we finally did get to order, our food took over an hour, and our server never checked back or kept us updated. We saw her standing at the bar chatting over and over again, while our drinks sat empty, never asked if we needed refills, when there were only 2 other tables in the restaurant at the time. My food was horrible, I ordered the dragon bowl, my chicken was burnt to the point where it was dry, not edible and my vegetables were still raw. Our server never checked back once to ask how the food was, and even when my food sat on the table uneaten, she didn’t inquire about it, ask whether I would have liked a box or if there was something wrong with it. When it came time to pay, we waited while she finished chatting with her coworkers at the bar. We had to physically get her attention in order to pay and leave. Incredibly disappointed in our visit tonight and not sure we will be back as a result.

We have always had good waitresses at the West Lethbridge location but I want to give a shout out to Libby who served us tonight. Very sociable, made suggestions, found out if the feta was goat or cow (one of the diners preferred cow feta) and talked with us at the end of our meal and answered a lot of our questions.

Very accommodating as we were traveling with our somewhat large dog who was welcome to be with us in the patio area. Food and service was spot on. Reminded me very much of Witherspoon's in the UK.

Thanks you Libby for the great service and friendly atmosphere. Sorry the crotchety people behind us didn’t leave you a tip because we had our child with us! People like that should just stay home. Keep up the good work and not letting their negativity effect you :)

A friend and I went for supper at Brown's on the west side. Our server, Natasha, was excellent. She did a great job of promoting their specials, wasn't too intrusive - you know How are the first couple of bites?" and then stopped by again to ask about desserts. My meal was soup

We had lunch here and the service was excellent. They have a very interesting menu with a mix of local pub favorites and international dishes - burgers, ramen, fish tacos, sushi, and chicken sandwiches. I had a mushroom Swiss burger which was amazing. My friend said the tomato soup was great. They had some really good drink specials too, we had the mojitos.

Saturday night took our daughter out for dinner on her birthday. Started off good was seated right away and given menus. We were brought water and then waited 10-20minutes before anyone came back. Even joked server went on a break. Finally ordered food and let server know about the birthday and was told she would get a dessert. Orded Nachos which did not come to the main meal was delivered but tasted and looked like it been cooking for a long time. More toppings then chips, and it was so over done the paper pulled off with the chips. I ordered the SouthWest Rice Bowel. When it arrived the food runner said there was a problem but they fixed it... ???? Obviously they did not. The dish did not have the feta it had written on the menu and in the picture. The rice was like mush over-cooked, there was lettuce in the dish which was not suppose to be there. The dish was luke-warm to cold and was last dish brought out. I did not complain as it is my daughters birthday and wanted her to have a good time. The wife ordered the SmokeHouse Burger with fries. The meat tasted funny and was not finished. And then to top it all off the server did not bring a dessert or even offer desserts. That was one of the worse restaurant experiences I have ever had.
