Sentinel Storage - Calgary North

Brutal treatment/service. We not only got charge for our free month. The price was changed after we rented it. There was a delay in getting our rental finalized because they made the mistake of double locking it when they thought we didn’t pay. Payment was proved on our credit card statement and now that they saw their error we still have to wait another week to get our remaining items out because it’s still double locked. I recommend to NOT rent at Sentinel storage Calgary north.

Did not receive the service properly. Was hoping yo have someone in the office to show a unit. The office was closed and everything is done through a customer service via phone. Which is not helpful at all. The agent over the phone did try her best to meet my needs. Very sale oriented.I took my business elsewhere.Would not recommend

The people at this location of Sentinel storage made a difficult move much easier. Antonia and Laureen were always kind and helpful during our many visits to the Pegasus Rd location. Really superb customer service.Thank you so much for everything! Best wishes.

Great storage facility. Front desk staff aswell as management have gone above and beyond for me. They respectful toward their customers and everytime I've been in the shop they treat me great. Very cheerful and Antonia is a great person to deal with while your there. First month is free. My heated unit isn't all that much a month. And I can pretty much stack it to the ceiling. 10/10

First, I filled out a form to refuse insurance. $50/mnth was my budget, and I didn't want to pay the extra $20.They have completely ignored that form and overcharged me for months.Then my credit card was blocked because I was a victim of online fraud.I spent hours talking to the person at the Pegasus Road location, the regional manager, and the 1800 number. I had already recieved one late payment charge, and I called Friday before the second one was applied. I was told not to pay until the matter was cleared up, but I never got another call. Today I received a third late payment charge. And I paid in full, including late charges, because I didn't want my credit ruined on top of being a victim of fraud.So even though I often pay a couple months at a time, even though I am a responsible person, I am receiving triple late fees. Even though I called when there was only one late fee, to explain my new card would take 3-5 days to arrive by mail at the bank.I was INSTRUCTED to not pay until the matter was cleared up, but after multiple hours trying with no one returning my calls, I decided being robbed by a stranger was bad, but being robbed by a company you had placed trust in was worse.I will be moving my storage as soon as I can, Sentinel stealing a couple hundred by disregarding my request to waive insurance has been topped off with them punishing me for being a fraud victim, and complicated by them instructing me not to pay until the matter was cleared, which ended up costing me two more late fees.No ethics, no morals here.Just the run around as they gather more and more fees.

Very accommodative and kind all the staff specially Ms. Antonia. All the transaction was so smooth, indeed a less hassle transaction. I will definitely refer sentinel storage! Thank you so much for keeping our furniture safe and sound.

My experience with Sentinel Storage was highly disappointing. Despite renting a storage unit over the phone and completing the necessary paperwork and payment, they refused to provide me with the unit upon arrival because I had a rented moving truck. There was no prior mention of such a restriction. I had to find storage elsewhere due to their lack of communication and unwillingness to accommodate customers with rented trucks. I cannot recommend Sentinel Storage based on this frustrating encounter.

Have my unit here for 2 years now and everything is good so far. No complaint. Access and payment very straight forward.

Got all the support I needed from amazing Sentinel team and even more. They managed to find me a storage cell, the size was perfect and location was convenient, and all that despite a very short notice. Will use their services again if I ever need a storage.

The ladies at the storage unit were amazing. It was a very frustrating day; however because of the two wonderful women my day much improved. These two fine human beings provided top notch customer service, real PROS. Thank you both very much.
