Jeff was a personal man to deal with but they could never get the parts I needed to use my mower. I also found that I had to initiate most of the calls. My mower is useless so I am now having the parts that I need built by a local welding shop.

Great place. Dave didn't pressure me to buy, which I liked. Answered all my questions. I purchased a BX1880 (used), 54 inch mower and a front mount snowblower (both new). Will also be purchasing a front end loader from them in the spring. He gave me a fair trade in value on my lawn tractor. Very happy!
