Not public parking. False advertisement. What kind of parking closes at 9 and charges you $40 because you need your car to go back home? We called for assistance and they say they have sent someone with to ETA…… what a joke

Don't park here. Jack posts everywhere and non monthly are last 2 floors. Also, card says closes at 6, panels at the entrance says 9. Garbage place

Reviewed as a public service: Do not park here. This garage is difficult (almost dangerous) to navigate as the floors are all supported by numerous jack posts throughout the garage. All of the upper parking is reserved, forcing you to go down at least three to four floors. The parking rates are not well posted and are misleading (as already noted).

This is insane, never go there. it is impossible to retrieve your car after 9pm. customer service is INEXISTENT. I was trapped in that parking for 2h because there's no help anywhere. worst experience ever.

Parked here in our pickup truck. Had to take the antenna off the top as the vehicle would not fit otherwise. Really low ceilings in the whole garage. Ended up parked on level basement 4 as the upper levels are reserved. There were many places where there was support beams put up that blocks the path especially at places where you need to turn so it was a tight fit at times. There was quite a bit of garbage on the floor in the corners of the stairway. Did not see an elevator anywhere so it was stairs all the way up.

Predatory business. Parking is closed and locked at 6PM, this is not clearly indicated and you can't get to your car. This is a scam! They want you to go back on the next day to get more $$$ out of you. After calling their number multiple times, threatening to call the Police to and the City to complain about this fraudulent business practice, they cave in and send someone to get me in.

Terrible. The assistance button at the gate calls a miserable 'lady' who tells you she cannot assist with opening the gate. Would there be any other reason to call for gate assistance? The ceilings are also ridiculously low.

Terrible. What parking garage closes at 9 pm!!??? Nice one, you won’t be able to get your car after 9 pm. Avoid at all cost!

Our family were also victims of being stranded after parking in this garage. The doors closed after 6pm even though there were no signs or notifiers letting customers know about this early closing time. The only place we found this information was on the ticket. I’m honestly appalled at how this parking garage does business. Shame on them. There should be hours clearly marked especially if they are closing so early. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

This parking place facility is DANGEROUS. Indigo Staff is RUDE and bullying customers. Oct 9th(Saturday) afternoon I parked into this place. Then my family was trapped inside the parking building. There is another family with baby also trapped inside. After taking risk to walk out of the rolling gate (THE GATE WILL AUTOMATICALLY close if people approach. VERY VERY DANGEROUS) and called for emergency help. The Indigo staff came and showed very arrogant and rude attitude. He didn't admit themistake (They forgot to put the Saturday and Sunday Close Sign outside and also the rolling gate allow cars to drive in on Saturday) and he didn't admit the facility problem and forced our two families to pay the parking fee. He also imply to us that I am nice to your guys
