The massage rooms were the best I've seen anywhere, but had the foot spa and reflexology treatment, which was different to what I'm used to, was it a new therapist? Nevertheless a good treatment.Very friendy staff and nice complementary herbal tea. Treatment allows you to use swimming pool for 2 hours

it was a great facial care experience which is great but i also have a few disadvantages. i came an hour late because of downtown traffic where i work and they ended up declined it and the other part is they can’t do refund which is understandable for their business purpose. i would go there again on the weekend or if i have a day off then i will increase my ratings but overall, their services is not bad as well.

I went here twice...the first time was amazing!!!! The staff is very attentive and professional. Place is clean and details are not overlooked. I got a 90 min massage for my bday. The RMT hit all of my aches and ones I didn't know I had!!! She released all of my tight muscles from my workouts. The room was very well decorated and relaxing. Perfect pressure. They also have a signature paraffin thingy that they rub all over u to relax you even further. The second time I went for a 90 min couple's massage and 30 min sea salt scrub with hubby. He had my previous RMT and really enjoyed her but the one that I got seemed as if she was in training. I wasn't pleased...at all. I was actually quite angry as I was hoping to feel the same as I did the first time but I guess I took one for the team. After our scrub we got to shower together. I still would recommend this place. I will just request my first RMT.

I had a great experience on a day spa service with super friendly staff, great massage + facial + pedi & manicure + sauna, and very reasonable pricing. A bit of hustle to use swimming pool (had to go through the hotel reception after spa) due to COVID-19 precaution which they couldn't do much about it but still let me use the pool anyways:). The spa is small but nice. The staff were very friendly greeting my friend and I upon arrival. Everything was relatively alright, but I would not recommend this spa to anyone. I attended this spa on March 25th for my birthday. There were two sevices online that caught my eye; the signature exhale massage and Hydro Infusion facial.The massage was falsely advertised, and currently (June 2023) is still falsely advertised even though a few words have been changed. The signature massage came with a paraffin treatment, foot treatment and indian scalp treatment. The hot paraffin treatment is actually just a bag that has paraffin in it and gets rubbed on your back. It feels alright, but the paraffin never actually gets applied to the skin for any treatment benefits. You just get rubbed down with a warm bag essentially. The foot massage was in reality just a 15-30 second foot rub that didn't cover the entire foot. There was no Indian scalp massage/treatment either. The treatment cost $180, I booked 90 minutes with an RMT.I can't comment on the facial too much because my eyes were closed for the entire service, but what I can say is that it was not a Hydro facial. The RMT that did my massage also did my facial, and instead of long strokes along my face using the Hydro machine, the machine used was put on and off my face like dots being left behind. I did not feel any serum along with the machines suction. The facial was still relaxing, but not what I expected after reading the online description. This cost $228.At the end of the services, my friend I had gone with experienced the same issues and was feeling the same as I did; the services were incomplete.I spoke with the gentleman that greeted us earlier, I told him about the missing components of the services and his response was to pull out a paper brochure and show me that I booked the signature exhale massage and the Indian scalp massage is a separate service. I pulled up the spa website and showed him their service description which stated the signature exhale massage included an Indian head massage with essential oils to help promote hair growth (I never mentioned the facial because I didn't see it as a big issue, it was still relaxing). He read the description and then proceeded to tell me you are confused

My husband and I just finished our “couples package” at Exhale Spa and it was the perfect day spa experience. All the services included in the package were done thoroughly and with care. The RMT’s that worked on us were phenomenal. Very attentive to our wants and needs. We had the entire spa to ourselves which was so nice. We didn’t have to wait and we had an entire change room to ourselves so we could get ready together which was so nice! We also had the pool and hot tub area to ourselves as well. We have no complaints! The pricing was VERY reasonable. We will be returning for services in the future! :)

Visited February 3, 2023I did a 60min deep tissue massage & deep cleansing facial with Liang. The massage was amazing, feel completely relaxed after. Liang used heating pads which made a huge difference compared to other massages I have had. I have never done a facial before so can’t compare it to anything but overall had an amazing time and would highly recommend.

I did a deep tissue full body massage (60 mins)It was a decent experience. Few points to consider.- Massage was decent enough. Her pressure was on point but she kept massaging my back for around 30 mins. Felt like, she just did my legs for name sake.- $135 for this was extremely overpriced.- My upper body front side was not even massaged. (Not sure if they don’t do here maybe?)- I couldn’t take a shower after my massage as there was no hot shower. I waited for several minutes but still cold. When I spoke to the front desk, they said you have to wait for 3 minutes. I waited easily more than that.I had to come home with an oily body and take a shower. That’s unacceptable.When you pay a premium level money for a service, you have some expectations.I’ve had way better massages with way less money.Those 3 stars are for my good back massage.

Steam room was not fully clean and mediocre- pool /hottub separate with hotel so you need to pay leave and use hotel shower / change room. That being said it's covid there is a door that connects directly to pool and hottub but because your required to sign in at hotel front desk they make you use the hotel entrance to pool/hottubParking was freeFor the price though overall would return
