they were allright withme on the phone but i ask if i can know my bell app user name and password they wouldnt give it to me without giving more info like my account number but they will take a payment from me at the time. they also would know for sure who i am since i gave themmy phone number and they dont ask for id or any proof of who i am. once avain they Will take a payment but not supply a username and password to use the app onmy own. previousto this they wouldnt give me the deal ofthe wifi and tv and took advantage basically in the way of making me take a plan that would cost more withno deals. idk if bell mobile even sent my sd card to switch to mobile from freedom mobile for my cell phone. bell and bell mobile are two different services with in bell 4 those who dont know.

I had some issues with my cellular on my Apple Watch and esim after upgrading to iPhone 12 Pro Max.I called bell and unfortunately they were no help and kept transferring me, referring me and I finally went to the store. Usually I have received impeccable service from bell whether it be through the phone or online chat. Today was not one of those days.However, I went to the bell store inside Jackson square.I was helped by Brylle and I gotta say. Not only did he take care of my issue and got everything working. He followed up the next day made sure I had service and everything was in working order.Definitely a pleasure to work with. Great job here Bell! And thank you Brylle and to the store manager for your amazing help and service.

A great experience, much better than other Bell locations I've visited.Matthew was patient and researched all the best plans available, unfortunately Bell plans need multiple discounts to be stacked before they become attractive. Anyway, thanks for the great customer service.

Have been to the Jackson Square Bell location a few times and have received amazing service from the Bell Team here:Matthew, Trevor and Brylle!!!I have had various issues with my cell phone and all three gentlemen wished to assist me and have these issues addressed. All three are approachable, pleasant and want to make sure their customers' issues are addressed to the best of their capabilities.Thank you gentlemen for showing me (and I am sure many others) that great customer service still exists!Will be purchasing my next phone with you folks and thank you!!!

Matt and mike they know there customer service

Went in to discuss a regular hardware upgrade because my current phone wasn't functioning properly. Mike personally handled my inquires, helped me get my phone up and running, and offered some great suggestions for the hardware upgrade in the near future that will help me save on costs and get a device that suits my needs best. Mike was polite, professional, and prompt - awesome overall service. Will certainly go back to this location when I have the need!

Bell was great. Matthew the Store Manager was a great help and helped me out with a new Iphone for me. He gives excellent customer service and is very friendly and kind and polite.

Love the one rep who works in the Jackson Square store. He's pretty good. Smart funny too. Knows his stuff. Rest of staff is ok too. But, I like dealing with him whenever I go in

Great looking store in Jackson Square Mall from Bell Canada. One of the best looking cell phone n accessories store I've seen in a min. Along w TSN 5G View available prob w select plans or whatever lol. Just reviewing on the fly while I steal free wifi from blue notes lol here at the mall. Great job Bell. XGWJB""
