appointment request form on their website does not work, so don't even bother filling it out. there is no confirmation email, nothing, and when you call two days later to see what's up - they have no record of your request. oh, and when you call, get ready to be answered and then placed on hold for no apparent reason.and of course, the earliest available appointment date is more than a month away. so if you plan to take an ultrasound in a month or so, this clinic is great. but if you actually have a health issue that needs attending to, better look elsewhere.

I called them and I asked them if I can come at 4 for radiology, the person on the phone told me yes and when I arrived there at 3:45, I have been told that we are closed!!!!
