I am surprised and was quite delighted by their services and their politeness. No wonder I would recommend this team to family and friends. They are professional, and you can count on them to get the work done in a timely manner! My sofa looks like it was just purchased! I also ordered a few rugs last year and I also had them cleaned. Each smelled amazing and looked new.

My grandma left me several treasured items, including a living room-sized oriental rug! I hired this team for steam cleaning since it's been in our family for a long time. Appointments and service were good. The cleaners arrived on time, explained the cleaning procedure, was nice, and the rug looks better than I ever anticipated!

They performed a fantastic job of cleaning the sofa that I shared with my roommate. The sofa is so fresh, it's almost embarrassing to remember its condition before this cleaning team came. Their work was done professionally and completed everything within schedule. We will certainly use their services in the future when we need to clean our sofa. Our carpet still looks good so we skipped it but surely next time, we will ask this cleaning company to clean it.

There were a lot of stains on my sofa, and I wanted to have it cleaned. I contacted this carpet cleaning team and everything went fast because each process was done smoothly. They performed an excellent job, had friendly employees, and provided excellent service. It's incredible to see the transformation of my lovely sofa. Kelowna Tough Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning my very expensive oriental rug and carpets. It had several stains - wine, coffee, etc. and they were able to get rid of all of them. I would highly recommend this service for any sensitive or expensive funriture or upholstery.

This cleaning team provided me with a wonderful experience overall. I had three of my carpets cleaned, and in general, I am extremely pleased with how everything turned out. Their cleaning group was fantastic to work with. The service was quick and thorough. The costs are more affordable than others, which I am so thankful for. Good people, and they were a huge help. I have no reservations about recommending it to my closest friends and relatives. Highest quality of carpet cleaning service and our couch was also cleaned thoroughly.
