$10 minimum, 2-bit attitude.!I've been going to Brafasco for 20 years. The guys there were always helpful to find me a specialty item, or maybe an unusual size/thread that I couldn't get at the big box store.Now I go in, walk straight ahead and find myself behind the counter. Duh, who designed this layout.Then I'm told there's a $10 minimum, It's always been that way". Pony poop

Terrible. Needed a single 10cent M3 nut. They pulled out the parts case and had it sitting right there and they refused to sell single nut saying had a $10minimum. Guess they don't want my busibess buying all the other dozens of things throughout the year at above the $10 minimum. Also, they had already spent a few minutes to pull out the item, the store was dead empty and they still turned me away and now have to drive all over town to find one. Such a shame...Bad Business Practice!!!
