B&SH Asbestos Removal is a very good, cost effective and professional team. All of their employees are very hard working and they have done very commendable job to remove asbestos from my very old house. The job was very tricky as per report from surveyor but Mr. Mahdi's team handled it very professionally without causing any delays. The team were very professional, clean and respectful. We used demolition contractor for the renovation of our house. They did a great job with interior dustless tile chipping. I would highly recommend using their service and their prices are very good for the quality of the service they provide.

I was looking for a local contractor for asbestos removal, I came across these guys with 64 reviews in ONE month. I contact Worksafe BC records to look up a company's safety record as part of our screening process and discovered that you have only been registered for only about a month. I understand it being difficult as a start up but misleading people with fake reviews really does not sit well with me. 1 star for dishonesty.

B&SH Asbestos Removal is top of its class. I was actually surprised at how good they were at every part of the job. Communication was fast and precise. I requested a quote on a Friday afternoon and before Monday his quote was in my email inbox. He had reviewed the hazardous materials report and been to the site so I knew it was a legitimate quote and not someone throwing numbers out there guessing. It wasn’t a huge job but a difficult one for sure. His team was there the next day and took care of everything making my life easy. They even had a surprise inspection from WorkSafe and passed without a single infraction. That’s impressive. They had the site absolutely spotless a few days later so much that multiple people commented on how good it looked. They made us all look professional and took all the stress off of me. Really was super impressed all the way around and I won’t be looking for anyone else’s number the next time we find asbestos.
