The best! Dr Chbat is nice. And gentle. The hygienists are also very good and understanding. I have sensitivities and they are gentle with me. Kids also love everyone!

Broke my front tooth off in half, my regular dentist was away on vacation so I called here and they got me an appointment within 2 hours and my tooth back to looking brand new in under an hour! Amazing! Thank you!!!

My visits have improved from years past where previously I had ro wait up to half an hour. Often Dr. Chbat would be running quite late. Nowadays, I arrive and shortly after, I am in the chair. The receptionists are always warm and friendly. Thanks for the great service.

Overall the customer service is good. All workers are kind and considerate. Dr. Chbat is honest about when a cavity needs to be filled or can be held off for the future. However they may overcharge you for a cleaning/scaling. The hygienist spent less than 30 minutes (2u) cleaning, but charged me as though cleaning lasted 45 minutes (3u). 1u = 15 minutes. If someone does not have insurance this adds up. Double check your invoices and ask questions if you care about honest service and not getting ripped off. Many dental offices encourage " their employees to overcharge - information from a friend who is a dental hygienist at another office."

Tenth Line Dental is an excellent provider of my dental needs. From the receptionist, Christina, who is very personable and efficient in keeping my appointments up to date and sending out reminders, to my hygienist, Inana, who has soft hands that make it a breeze to sit in the chair while she cleans my teeth. She removes my apprehension as much as she does the plaque. Dr. Proulx usually does the final check up and seems very knowledgeable. Also he’s easy to talk with.
