I had a couple of Wusthof knives and an old Cold Steel Tanto utility knife that were really dull. Both came back as sharp as the day I purchased them, plus dealing with Gord was so pleasant. Could not agree more with the rest of the positive reviews. I highly recommend any type of sharpening he is your guy!

I almost never leave public reviews but in Gord's case, I couldn't help myself. He is such a nice person, respectful, polite, on time, and professional and his work is FIVE STARS (yes, CAPITAL 5 stars!). I gave him 2 dead chef knives, 1 dead cleaver, and a dead scissor. He gave me back brand new knives, a cleaver and a scissor. Saved me $150+ of buying new stuff.I also came to learn that Gord does industrial work as well, not only household knives. So, if you have ANYTHING that needs sharpening, Gord is your man. You will be nothing but glad that you worked with the guy!

Took my Shun knife to Gord and he took care of it and sharpened it like no one would. I didn't trust anyone to take it to, but was very pleased with the outcome of my knife with Gord. Definitely becoming a regular as his customer service is exceptional and was very quick with the job. Much appreciated

I waited for a week in order to try out all of the knives that were sharpened for me - I took in 7 knives - from a small pairing knife to a cleaver. The cleaver is now my absolute favourite knife. I cook all the time, and having good tools make everything easier. These knives are sharper than sharp - absolutely fantastic. I was easily able to bone out chicken and just as easily clean a fish, including skin it: having a good, sharp knife is essential for both of these activities. It took less than an hour to have the lot sharpened and I was on my way. I would recommend Gord to anyone, I am very pleased with the results. Thanks!!

I snapped about an inch off the tip our Wusthof knife, see before" picture. I grabbed the rest of our knives in the drawer and headed over to see Gord. Gord repaired this knife and sharpened the rest. As for the broken knife and sharpening...his work is explempary!!! Need proof...check the after pictures.Gord is.... the "Real Deal".Thanks Gord."

I found Gord online and I'm so glad I did. I was ready to buy new knives but thought I'd try him first. He wasn't joking when he said my knives would be sharper than new! He mad me feel comfortable and you can't beat his pricing. I will be recommending him to EVERYONE I know who needs this service done and I will continue to go to him whenever every year to get my knives redone!

When we asked Gordon to sharpen the knives at the restaurant, we’d thought he was going to do an okay job of the task.One can’t expect katana blades from the townships’ Facebook group, right?Wrong! Gordon did such a pointed job that the lobster shells give way without protest to being severed in as little as one smooth motion.H32 is pleased to continue to work with Gordon and relishes his quick service turnaround time. Whatever you’re sharpening knives for, after Gordon gets through with them, they’ll be as sharp as the day you bought them.5/5 ⭐️ would highly recommend.
