The ladies at the white room are wonderfully friendly and helpful! They found me the perfect wedding dress, even with how picky and unsure I was being. They also stayed late to wait for my last bridesmaid to arrive to allow everyone to try on my desired bridesmaid dresses and then take measurements. The hands on help with getting the dresses on, and the advice and honest opinions without the pressure the sale is so great. Love the White Room!

My daughter and I had a great time shopping for a dress here. There was a great selection of different dress styles that were simple and elegant, with lots of variation in terms of colour options, as well as material and cut. The service was lovely, and the owner was welcoming and friendly, which made the process of shopping all the more enjoyable. I would highly recommend shopping here for those looking for beautiful dresses and a great experience.

My mother found a dress here that she FELL in love with. She ran home to grab me to show me it and buy it. Before leaving she asked if they wanted a deposit and they said no. She then said she will be right back and they said it was no problem and will be here when she gets back. After arriving back and walking in a lady had it on and they were selling it to someone else. The dress was also discontinued and could not order a new one.

The store owner is fantastic and so personal best experience. If you are looking for accessories for your wedding she has so much and great prices. And you can actually purchase it right there no waiting for it to be ordered in. Dresses are gorgeous as well.

Very cute place, and beautiful dresses, but very limited selection and poor service.The service was really not what we were expecting after going to other places in Medicine Hat and Calgary. It may have just been a busy day, but they really only asked us to pick a few dresses to try on, then they put them in the dressing room and left us. We were also sharing the space with other groups of people. Normally, businesses like this would only book as many appointments are there are spaces to try on and sit around with your group to make it feel personal. They would also help you do up the dresses and clip them up to help you envision how it would look in your size.It was the worst service out of all they places we went, and it was the one that I had expected the best service, being a little boutique shop.It may have just been the day, but I hope they work on the service so that it is not so underwhelming for other customers.EDIT: Nov 2019Went back here now looking for bridesmaid dresses for my bridesmaids (the last time I was here, I was a bridesmaid for a friend). We had better service this time so raising my rating from a 2 star to a 3 star, but still does not compare to other stores we've been too. Again, the place is beautiful and the dresses are gorgeous, just not the same level of service and knowledge that you find at other stores. Other drawback is the lighting is really not great for comparing colours and styles.

This is Hands down the BEST Wedding Store of Medicine Hat & Area! From the minute we stepped in the door, the experience was everything we had hoped for! Agnes is such a wonderful lady and she made the dress shopping so easy! There was no pressure, no pushy sales pitch, and provided a calm and stress free atmosphere. We visited other stores in MH and had an awful experience, we could not wait to go back the White Room and say Yes" to the dress! The dress came in quickly and Agnes made sure that everything was in order and helped with choosing a veil to perfectly match the dress. We were so happy with this store

The White Room was beyond what I had expected for my wedding gown shopping experience. The owner of the shop, Agnes, is extremely professional, attentive, is great at helping you get in/out of the dresses. There is a beautiful assortment of dresses in stock (I did not try on a single one that I didn't like). I really enjoyed being able to walk through the showroom and hand-pick the dresses that I wanted to try on, and when I found a dress that I loved, I did not feel pushed or persuaded at all to make a purchase. I am beyond happy with the dress I found there and the whole experience I had there from start to finish. I can't wait to go back to get the bridesmaids dresses now!
