Very dirty cinema, never thought I would say that about a movie theater. The bathrooms are so smelly and dirty, this place doesn't have a washing and cleaning company. This is so disappointing, letting it go this way. My seats was uncomfortable and the seats next to me were speaking non stop(needed repair)

Popcorn was cold and stale when served. Limited choice of snacks. Dirty bathrooms and theatres. Still no debit cards accepted, very unfortunate. IMAX screening was good, but sound quality not so great.

Have not been to a cinema for years. Shocked to see how filthy and dirty this place is. I can understand the popcorn on the floor but pretty much all seats are sticky, many dirty napkins and garbage everywhere, disgusting cup holders and so on…feels like I’ll have to bleach my clothes when I’ll get home.

This place is old and dirty. Felt like i was in the year 1990.. everything was outdated. Snacks were not much of a variety. We were in theater 5 and it was so dirty. Cups and popcorn all over. Had to come home and jump in the shower right away and threw my clothes in the washing machine just in case.. never again

Went to see a movie last night the popcorn we paid for at a hefty price for a family of 4, tasted so stale, very had, we all ended up sick this morning.As well walking at certain areas before the arcade section before the imax ...smelled sewers all sorts.We had not gone to see a movie there for a wile, but I can tell you the service, the popcorn and the environnement there has degraded very much.Gone are the times movies were for a family of fun. Now you pay for sewage and horrible popcorn to get sick and remember that experience.Sorry I don't recommend this theater.

Good cinema to enjoy watching a movie whether it’s 3D or on a regular screen or even on the IMAX screen which is a huge screen. Back in the days I used to play with the arcades but there isn’t any now. The cinéma is clean but sometimes the staff forget to clean on the seats or the cupholder. Other than that, the place is amazing. Popcorn, drinks and snacks are moderately priced compare to other cinemas.

We went for a matinee and it was a horrible experience. We will never go back to this theater. Popcorn appear to be from the day before and was chewy instead of crunchy. The cinema stank of old bleach and the movie screen went black for several minutes!

Pro: IMAX is the BEST movie experience you can get! Super comfy seats + sound & visual quality is amazing! Pricey but worth it.Cons: Bathrooms are always gross, theatres aren't cleaned nearly often enough, snacks suck since they were all replaced with Mr. Sunshine, some chairs in normal theatres are very poor quality (some have wood boards holding them together)If Guzzo didn't have IMAX, they'd lose their business to Cineplex.

Movie great, clean place, and rancid popcorn, worst ever eaten, make freshPopcorn, when we got to our seats,It was too late too return it, smelledRancid old popcorn oil. Not goodFresh is always best, especially for your kids, sad.
