Sometimes I don't get how at this age and time, whereas customer experience is ranked as highly important and Tim Hortons can still have monolingual cashier (french only)...

Although I’m not a Tims fan (specially because of the usual poor service) I often go followed by my kids requests.Surprisingly this is the first time ever that I saw a clean and organized Tim Hortons restaurant. Products were well displayed, food seemed fresh and were pretty organized on the shelves. Congratulations to the owner and her team on this Chambly’s branch. It seemed to be a good work environment, where staffs were all connected. That also was reflected in my order, delivered correctly as it should be (unfortunately that is not often on other branches). I was pleased to meet this store, specially because it is close to my house, pretty convenient but I was avoiding due to the bad experience I had on other stores. From now on, I will definitely consider to go there more often.

I love Tim Hortons but my last experience here was terrible. Made a complaint with head office and never heard back. Feel like that shift was completely mismanaged.
