CBI provides my homecare one night per week. When my PSW went on vacation for 2 months, a replacement was not found and I had to go without. The attitude was tough luck". I eagerly awaited my PSW's return but they forgot to put her back on my schedule when she did return

This agency has zero regard for the clients they are contracted to care for. Undertrained staff who are not equipped to help the patient, frequent no shows without explanation and the rudest customer service team- they just refuse to accept any responsibility for their substandard services. Added to that- the PSWs frequently lie about attending scheduled visits. There are other, far more reliable services- AVOID CBI AT ALL COSTS!

I applied for job position and they offered me the position. I resigned for my previous organisation and completed whole joining with CBI and then they call me tell me that I cannot have the job. That is just a ridiculous. They did fraud.

After experiencing a few good years 2000 - 2014 with CBI Home Care Agency with other seniors...this past month of May 2022 has been the worse.they" decided my Mothers (91 yrs ) main caregiver was working too much overtime....so they switched her Tuesday & Thursday evening visit. And replaced her with an incompetent caregiver. Without telling myself or my Mother (Not that my Mother would understand
