Great local park, always clean and never have to worry about finding bad stuff here. My little loves to play here in the equipment and climb the rock wall.

Andrew Pate Park is a nice little park. That being said, it is looking quite run down. I am just making a comparison with Lynden Hills Park.

It's a really nice park and last summer they revamped the kids playing area and it's very nice. They did take the swings away which was a bit of a disappointment because kids do like swings but they left them with good climber which they love a Sandbox and a rather Innovative way of parking bikes and and they built chairs for the kids to sit on that remind you of a king and queen it's very Flintstone ish

Nice Park for kids slides and swings and basketball net and even can play soccer. Lots of fun. For small or big kids.

Great spot with big shady trees, playgrounds for young and older kids, and a big field with soccer nets. Connects to the trail to the north, surrounded by trees and bushes to give the houses privacy. The only issue we had is that the sand pit had lots of little burrowing bugs in it.

Park is clean, and there's a little area for toddlers and something more challenging for the older ones.

This park has just been redone it is always packed with big kids. If you have little ones (5 and under) I'd suggest visiting this park when the big kids are in school as they take over the park and play rough. The foul language these big kids use is also not appreciated when at the park with your two year old who repeats everything bthey hear. It would also be nice if certain parents would not smoke in the park and deliberately ignore all the no smoking signs. Like you really need a sign to tell you not to smoke when your surrounded by children playing at the local park. Smarten up!

I love Andrew W. Pate park, and so does my son, but I feel I cannot give a 5 star rating. The park has no plaque! Who was Andrew Pate? Why is a park dedicated to him? I need a plaque to know the man!

A lovely little spot to stop with the kiddos. There are multi-age swings, climbing equipment, basketball pad, and open green space with basic soccer nets.

Right off of a nice bike trail. Has a great little playground for the younger kids.
