This store used to be so wonderful! Especially the partners with eachother and it’s customers but as a current barista who has seen how things have shifted with the new management, things have turned south. I see partners being bullied on the floor by eachother and it’s so awful! One of the closing supervisors, he wears glasses and is always wearing a hat.. he’s wonderful and a perfect example of how a partner should be. I think the person who I saw working with him a few times named josh, he’s so funny and tries so hard too! Kenia I very much remember because her sweetness radiates with customers and has this cool calm and collected attitude. It’s lovely! Management and bully baristas … step up and do better. Fellow partners from other stores who know how to do their job expect more. Thank you to the only 2 who try to make the store better

Been coming here regularly ever since I found this place. Nice spacious location with lots of seating, that is well kept and staffed with friendly energetic people, thats sure to give you a spirit lift aside from the usual quality Starbucks drinks. Can be a bit busy at lunch.

The two employees (Freddie and Josh) who served me on this visit each went above and beyond, even by regular Starbucks standards. I don't often post Google reviews but I feel they should be acknowledged for being such good ambassadors of the business.

Everytime I go here, Josh is just giving above and beyond customer service. Josh is so polite and patient. so thumbs up!!!! Definitely one of my favourite starbucks store.

Ordered two venti drinks, one of which was a white chocolate creme frap. Instead, we received two grande drinks, and instead of a white chocolate creme frap, we got a white mocha frap.Mistakes happen, of course, so upon clarification with the barista he simply said, Oh

Drinks get watered down & I love my Carmel Marciano, strong so I always ask for extra shot off expresso they don't make it strong they charge you for extra shot but tastes very weak I go thru drive thru as that'd the only drive thru around me.
