Corey was fantastic! Turned my 20+ year old fireplace into looking new. Serviced it completely. Replaced part, reset all electrical and gas components and cleaned it thoroughly. His thoroughness and knowledge is commendable. Put me at ease with his ready humour, complete honesty and kindness. His rates are very reasonable. Corey cleaned up our very dusty old fireplace. He cleaned our very old glass as best he could and made the fireplace look new again. Our fireplace is up and working again. Highly recommend his services and was reasonably priced. Thank You Corey.

Corey came to our place today. He serviced and thoroughly cleaned our fireplace which we had not used for at least 10 years . He showed my husband how to troubleshoot problems with the fireplace. Our fireplace is like brand new and his price was very reasonable Thanks Corey

My dog and I are enjoying my 20 year old fireplace for the first time in a long time thanks to EGF. The technician serviced and cleaned it thoroughly - including spraying the inside with a lovely matte black paint, adding some wooly bits that look like real embers, vacuuming all the nooks & crannies, and cleaning the glass with a special fireplace glass cleaner. It looks like new. I wish I had taken a before picture to show what a difference it made. Thank you so much. Bring on the winter!

When we bought our new home, we had trouble lighting our gas fireplace as we had never had one before and were not certain how often it had been used by previous owners.Edmonton Gas Fireplace & Electrical Services was able to get the fireplace working and educated us in the necessary maintenance it requires. Our fireplace was cleaned and given a new coat of paint to make it look brand new!The service was quick, affordable and friendly. We will continue to use this company going forward.

Corey stopped by to do what I thought would be a routine cleaning and re-start after the gas fireplace was off for the summer. Corey did a great job cleaning and inspecting but after he left the fireplace would not stay on. He kept in touch suggesting a few steps to remotely diagnose the possible reasons for the fireplace not staying lit. Corey returned and did some further testing and determined that the wall switch required replacement. And did so at no charge. Excellent service!!! I recommend that Corey at Edmonton Gas Fireplace & Electrical Services be your first call to have your gas fireplace inspected, serviced, or repaired.

I had a referral from a neighbour who had Corey repair his fireplace. Corey is trustworthy, he figured out what wasn’t working, it could have been a number of things, replaced the non functioning part and serviced the whole fireplace inside and out. Hire him, you will not be disappointed. Fair rates for work done. Reliable.

Called Corey on Monday. Said he would be there Wednesday morning. Came as promised. Nice personable guy! Did what was necessary to get the fireplace operating. Told me what he did and advised what to do in the future. Left the area around the fireplace clean. Reasonableness cost. So this was a good call to make!

Great! My fireplace looks brand new, It was never serviced, 20 years old, Corey spent well over an hour and did a great job and advised me what to do in the future. The cost was very reasonable and the biggest take I got from this call, I saw how important it is to have your GAS fireplace serviced.
