I recently bought a home built by spectrum homes, and all i have is only good things to say about the builder and the quality of work. Neil is a wonderful person and he really cares. My wife and I bought a home from Spectrum and although we have only been in it for a month or so we have very few issues and any we have brought forward have been addressed or are currently being addressed.The owner and his staff are all very friendly guys and I think they genuinely want the buyers to be happy with the end product.I would highly recommend this builder in this area. There have been many questionable reviews of some of the other builders in the Fort Saskatchewan area but I can't say this builder is one of them.In addition to my first review we have since had a couple more issues which were communicated to the builder who communicated their timeline with us to rectify the issues and those issues were rectified exactly as they stated.Just this week we found a leak coming from our furnace which was causing mold on a section of drywall. We advised the builder and within 24 hours the leak was repaired and a timeline to replace the drywall in question was given.This builder is amazing to deal with and I would happily buy another home in the future from him.

Beautiful, quality homes. It's so nice to see a well planned out layout with classy color choices. The lighting is perfect, not florencent white. Which drives me crazy! Beautiful warm yellow with gorgeous fixtures
