I have a rental property and the tenants called me to say that there was a sewer problem.The 2 repair techs came to inspect the plumbing problem and found the problem right away and instructed us what has to be done next to repair the damage in a very stressful situation.Staff were very pleasant and professional.I have tried calling multiple times for 2 days to see if they would do the work needed and they don't reply.ThanksL Davis

Can't say enough good things about Blackburn! I hired Blackburn to run a camera down my sewer line after another plumber failed to resolve a clog with his snake. The other plumber had repeatedly insisted that he had a bad feeling" about a major problem (a scare tactic)

Reducing my 5 star review to a 2 star. While years ago Mike was amazing to deal with for my plumbing issue my experience in the past 14 months has been awful.I contacted them to clean my propane furnace. I had to chase them for an invoice. I've called Greg at least 5 times over the past year for a quote for a propane fired hot water heater. He NEVER calls back or shows for appointments.Don't waste your time coming to these guys for gas service. No one will ever call you back.

These guys and gals are the best! Twice in the last year I had plumbing issues at my business and both times I called they were quick to come and resolve the issue for me. Nothing but praise for all of the staff we had the pleasure of interacting with, from the initial phone call to the technicians who came for the service call. Extremely friendly and professional, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! Thanks everyone for all your hard work.

Booked for a 9am appointment, so I took 2hours off work. 9.15am, no communication, called all numbers, text, left messages, no answer. Got a text at 9.35 saying he was running late and would be between 10 and 10.30. still no quote for a faucet install. I asked again for a quote, $95 per hour, plus gas and Materials. I had to cancel.....no one pays my gas to go to work..... The owner was super nice and apologetic, wasn't his fault but I had lost 2 hours pay at this point.
