John was super helpful and awesome to deal with, He helped me install my hose fittings on my lower unit as it’s so close to the oil hole, he got it figured out in no time, I couldn’t be any happier with Kawratha Propeller..The best service and great people.They’ll help you out with anything you need!

John was amazing. He was super busy when we docked. We pranged both propellors after a bad storm. It was my first time put, second day and thought i was bad luck. John loaned us the tools and showed us what to do. We were done in no time. He was patient while handling calls and was great at walking us through what needed to be done. I broke the prop on my boat last week and needed it replaced before the long weekend. I knew it would be tight so went by Kawartha Propellers (KP) on Sunday, June 25, 2023. We didn’t know if they would be able to take us or where to go but Sam, one of their amazing employees, was super helpful and able to get us in contact with John. John came right down to see us and even though he was completely slammed-we worked out a plan. Instead of booking us in for a future date and making more money, John suggested we replace the prop ourselves. John gave us explicit directions as well as the required tools and we were able to get it done - quickly and efficiently…not to mention at a savings! John and the other KP staff went out of their way for us. We now have a fully functioning boat for the long weekend and we saved some money too! This is not the first time the Kawartha Propeller team has provided excellent service and it won’t be the last! Thanks again!

Highly recommend! From the Owner, to the shop, the driver and everyone in between. They perform amazing work with some of the best customer service. I’ve had a pleasure dealing with everyone. They really take their time explaining, informing and repairing. I’ll guarantee your prop comes back looking brand new with better performance. Nobody wants to hit a rock or deal with repairs,, but at least kawartha propeller will be there to help

Honestly hands down best customer service I have ever gotten from a marina. Jon made sure everything was done to perfection and even provided a delivery to and from Ottawa! So convenient. Thanks again for providing the best customer service and workmanship I’ve ever seen on a mercury racing lower end.

Hit a Shoal (who hasn't?). Kawartha Prop were able to repair two feathered props at a reasonable cost and came back to be looking better than new.Had to buy a new set while the other ones were getting repaired. As they mentioned, i'd see a fuel benefit (i did).Everyone there was most helpful. Wil use them again... but hopefully don't have to

By far the best service you will receive. John is incredibly knowledgeable and really is keen to help out. Went in the with a broken prop and left with a new prop at wonderful price and learned a lot during the process. Price was great and my boat is now up and running again. Thanks guys!

Very knowledgeable and great customers service. John helped me pick the right propellers for my twin inboard. Also he custom built a rudder port in time to allow me to launch my Chris Craft without losing any time in the boating season.
