I needed a battery one day not too long ago and headed in to get an interstate battery. Sadly for me they weren't able to supply what I needed BUT then came the customer service in seconds they were on the phone located what I needed and priced out for me. Yes a lost sale but what service and I must say I have been in several times since that day because of the effort put forward by them. Will I be there again you bet.
