Extremely poorly trained staff, horrible communication, lazy attitude and work ethic, disregard for customer’s property. Would never recommend.

Nothing has been the same since Covid but PIN still did a pretty good job during and after. My HOA hired another company. Idk why but I sure do miss PIN. Maybe they went with a lower bid? You get what you pay for. Not enough guys with the new crew hired to handle all our lawns and it takes them 4 hrs at least. They have yet to mulch the garden areas said to be done the last week of May. PIN was done in an hr and did a better job with numerous guys working in harmony. Got the mulch and all other work done as promised. They plowed too but Idk what is coming for the next winter. :(
