Was here at 10:30am and out within twenty minutes. The lady I had was friendly and very helpful so I don't understand some of the bad reviews. I wouldn't hesitate to come back if needed. I didn't know about the text system when you arrive instead of lining up. My mistake and just walked in, thankfully they were friendly about it. My only issue is I wish they were open on Saturdays atleast. Its hard to get in here during normal working hour's for a lot of people. Hopefully this will change once Covid-19 settles down more. Thanks for your help today ladies.

My worst experience.. Please make sure hire well trained people for customer service.. it’s good for both side for save time. No point to spent $40 unnecessarily for taxi service..Thank you.

I was short on time due to flight and had four items that I needed to complete (2-registrations; drivers abstract and address change). I am very pleased to say that Aileen took care of all my needs much quicker than I could have hoped for. She knows her job well, and is very deserving of 5-star review. Thanks Aileen!

Last 2 times I was here both interactions were unpleasant.Last one was within the last 3 days&other one was within a month. The one lady was I'm sorry to say unprofessional. I will try to go somewhere else next time.

I have lived in Leduc for a decade now and have come to these registries many times. I think that ONCE I have received good quality service. The other dozens of times I have been here, the people have been condescending, inconsiderate, rude, and unprofessional.Avoid this group of shrews. They have no interest in helping you and delight in making people frustrated, just because they can. And remember, you're always the one who is wrong. Always. And they have no obligation or desire to actually be of any help.

The ladies here were so phenomenal with helping us get an out of province vehicle registered, plated and renewal of my licence. It was a rocky road due to the dealership and these ladies made our experience light, easy and they had us smiling throughout the process. Norma and Nicole both went the extra mile for us and it’s hard to enjoy a DMV visit but i would recommend this registry. They were always busy the 3-4 times we had to come in within a week and they seem to only see people who aren’t that happy so it was a breath of fresh air to see them still enjoying their engagements with customers. Thanks ladies!

Customer service is seriously lacking here. Went in for a standard renewal and the interaction was cold and almost hostile.It isn't hard to be kind

Terrible customer service, glad I live in Edmonton. Will not ever come back here.
