We recently booked a cruise for march sailing. We dealt with Karen the manager and found her excellent to deal with. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Her followup on questions was prompt and ever since the booking she has kept in touch with updates. She got us a great price on the cruise we wanted and with some additionàl perks we didn't expect.
