Today was my first time shopping at this store, I purchased several gifts and some things for myself as well! The manager was amazing, helpful and friendly! This sensitive time during the pandemic and it was nice to be treated with such a warm and comfortable experience while shopping! he other girl working was delightful as well! I'll be back soon! :)

Staff were lovely and prices were reasonable BUT my husband bought a ball cap and the 1st wearing it started to fade all along where the brim, and the 2 coffee mugs we bought have started to wear along the rim after only 2 uses and being washed by hand. Really disappointed as these are mementos we bought for our elopement in Victoria.

The lady who helped us at the store was super friendly and helpful! I ended up buying a cozy sweater which is very warm and soft.

WOW! What and excellent store!! The music was so upbeat and great shopping music. The change room was also very nice and the staff gladly helped me use it! The store was super busy but the staff were still very attentive to all 50 people in the store. Will defiantly shop again when inVictoria

Crowded, tacky, and seemed alarmingly understaffed. The music was so loud that it hurt my ears. I wanted to get a fitting room, but the only sales associate I saw was at the cash register trying to keep up with the 20 or so people in line. I left empty-handed, obviously.
