Just had a new Canon printer installed. The installer/technician was Craig. Service was phenomenal and he was super helpful. I highly recommend AutomationOne and specifically ask for Craig. He is without question one of the most intelligent IT people I have met. He's friendly and helpful as well.

I have had nothing but the best service and best product value from Automation One, now as a small business proprietor and in past years with a larger public company. Recently I had a small problem with the set-up of my Ricoh machine (which turned out to be a problem with my router, not the machine) and Teurino worked tirelessly to solve the issue so I could get on with my business. I feel like I am treated no differently than their largest or best customer, yet I may be one of the smallest. Would definitely recommend this company to any sized business.

I have leased equipment from Automation one for a number of years. My current lease term runs out in a couple of months so I started to look around and get some other pricing on new equipment. The equipment I had was supposedly new when I leased it and I found out from printouts that the one I was told was new in 2016 was actually discontinued in 2012. The one I had previously leased and kept was supposed to be 6 years old and I find it to be 9 years old.Our 2 other copier/scanners were also represented to be new when we got them.I called the Salesperson to come and in and asked him to make this right all he wanted to do was get me on another expensive lease. I needed him to right the wrong. I spoke to the Company owner and he started talking to me about a different unit altogether and said he would get back to me. I have not heard from him since. I also sent an email to my salesperson and he does not even reply.I am still a current customer under a lease and service contract whom they are choosing to ignore. Something here is completely not right. They need to step up and do the right thing.

I bought toner off of Kevin from Automation One for my Lexmark printer. Kevin is awesome to work with, I highly recommend Automation One.Update: Last week I bought a second Canon printer off of Brad again, I’m very pleased with the quick responses, professionalism and the printer works perfect! Also, the technician Craig was on time to connect the printer to my Wifi and MacBook laptop in less than 10 minutes! Craig is great at his job and very helpful. This company went absolutely above and beyond for my company! Thank you very much.
