This autobody outfit is amazing. On time, on budget, and they add special little touches (car cleaning, feedback on how to maintain the car, etc.), that made me a repeat customer.Over the winter one of my cars was in a small accident and I approached a couple of companies in Toronto for repair. They were all backed up for weeks and gave me simple quotations without detail. Mike at Autosave Collision took the time to ask me questions, walk me through various options and then fixed the car in an efficient manner with regular updates!The work was so great that we took our spare car (had some small dings) in for discretionary repair and it came back looking new. It looked so new that we decided to sell it, getting more that average in Kijiji and sold to the first viewer (probably had some luck, but the cleanliness of the car certainly didn't hurt).In the late spring we hit a deer in Michigan with a third car and Mike joked that we were his best customers ever - but quickly and efficiently managed insurance companies, quotations, pick-up and delivery. It was all so effortless that the pain of hitting a deer seemed to melt away. Mike and his staff are so committed to their craft and their business, and make the customer feel that they are at the centre of attention. Huntsville is really to have such a modern, friendly, and professional business. It's so good that I recommend to my Toronto friends that they take their cars North!

These guys are great! Mike kept me up to date with estimated time frames for when my Elantra would be done. They made a bad situation much easier to deal with! Definitely a pleasure to work with them.
