Our house was in rough shape and they got it back looking like new. Lots of attention to detail. The 2 guys that came were very polite and did a very thorough job. Very happy with The service and price. Highly recommend.

Prism Window Cleaning
Trevor is very response in the communication. He and his team managed to cleaning my gutter at early time to avoid further water pouring in front of my house after raining. They also did gutter cover and window washing later. The job was done professionally and the price is very reasonable. Will use them for the future service.

I called at least 4 other window cleaners in Ottawa and the only one who returned my call with an estimate was Prism Window Cleaning. Their estimate was reasonable, and their performance was stellar! I can't think of another local business that I have been more pleased with. My windows sparkle like diamonds. Do yourself a real favor and call Trevor and Paul at Prism. You'll be more than satisfied.

We have been using Prism Window Cleaning for 10+ years. Trevor and his crew have always been very pleasant and professional. Their quotes have always been honoured, and their work has been perfect. Trevor was wonderful to deal with! We are putting our house up for sale within a week and needed to get our windows cleaned in a short turn around. He was quick to respond, showed up on time, was very thorough and did an amazing job. Can’t wait to use him at our new place!

Prism Window Cleaning
We've used Prism exclusively for many years. They are personable, hard-working, professional, and simply do an excellent job.I do not believe the 1* reviews I've seen on this site. Apparently there is a different company (with the same or similar name) being confused for these folks. (At the time I write this review, there were only 1* and 5* reviews ... which doesn't really make sense for a single company.) If you make 100% sure you're getting the REAL Prism people, you will get an excellent crew.

Excellent experience. We live in the country, and Prism was the only place to return my call immediately. I had a quote and an appointment within 10 minutes. Because of rainy weather the previous week, I was called 3 days ahead asking if my appointment could be moved back by 2 hours. Two men arrived exactly on time. They were friendly and efficient. And they did a GREAT job; over and above what I would have expected. Invoice was exactly as quoted. I will be calling them again!

Prism Window Cleaning
Trevor was very clear and thorough in his email communications with me, and did everything exactly as we had discussed. It's somewhat rare these days to find contractors that communicate well and are honest, on time, and don't try to overcharge you, so we really appreciated this. Trevor even gave us suggestions on how to avoid eaves trough issues in the future. We will definitely use Prism again and refer them to others.
