If I could give 0 stars I would. These scammers are partnered with Precise Parklink. Who have wrongfully sent me letters for a parking violation after their faulty machine would not print a ticket after I tried to comply with the private parking policy. I later call PreciseParking to dispute and am told I must email to dispute. So after 5 emails repeating myself I never received a single response. I now get a letter from this pathetic firm coming for my money and trying to tank my credit? Your letter says you phoned me multiple times and I never responded when in reality I never got a single phone call from anyone. You and precise parking have been ducking my dispute because you are money hungry. Absolutely pathetic

Pay the fine or u risk hurting their feelings and that’s no good for Mr.Wiggins and his hard working staff of genuinely nice employees who will 100% respect your appeal and work with u to throw out ur ticket

This company has been harassing me for months now. They try calling me when I'm at work. So I try calling them back and emailing them with zero response.This is regarding a $60 parking fine which I've disputed with the city of Victoria. I tried paying my parking fee and the machine didn't properly record my permit. This is on the city to fix their system. I have a time stamp of me paying for my parking space, only to come back to a ticket within my paid time for parking there.If you want to keep harassing me pick up your phones!

Absolute fraud of a company. I never recieved a letter or single phone call yet they appeared on my credit score about a parking ticket nearly three years ago. I was only notified about this by my broker who did my credit check. Their manager" "AJ" who refused to give his name literally yelled at me over the phone to give him my credit card to pay my debt (I didn't). When I asked to speak with someone else who could speak to me in a civil manner he refused. When I asked why I didn't receive any notice about this he told me to take it up with Canada Post! Extremely unprofessional company. Unreal this is actually legal for them to do. I'm aware this review will not change any minds at Wiggins but if you are delt with with the same disrespect and disregard know that you are not alone. Report their false claims to Equifax. They are legally required to notify you by mail."

If you can afford a lawyer for $5 to $10 k you will need to get a lawyer involved to undo the damage that has been done to your credit record as they will keep dinging your record until you have a zero rating. Zero due process involved here.

If i have an option then I would like giving zero star to this agency. They don’t have proper information about a person’s account and they sent me a mail with a warning letter and forcefully said me to pay the amount.I was shocked because I already paid it to the city of Abbotsford.They never get updated from their clients and just wants to seek money from wherever they can.First they charged me the amount and i paid it. Today, they refunded me the bill with a apologies for the mistake they did.The manager is really rude with the customers as well.

Easier and waaaay cheaper to just change your license plate than it is to deal with these people. Got a 30 minute violation from Diamond Parking that would have required me to travel across Vancouver at 200km/h and run every red light for me to have been where they claimed I was when I was. They lied, plain and simple and that seems to be the standard operating procedure for them. The kicker is they never actually left the ticket on my vehicle, just showed up a few weeks later in the mail with an additional charge for late payment.If you don't know, there's literally nothing they can do to force payment. They can't report you to the credit bureau and at worst they can tow you if you park in their lots, but fortunately there is an affordable way around that as well. Change your license plate with ICBC for only $25. Since this happened I haven't paid for private parking ANYWHERE, certainly not Diamond lots and instead I just change my plate everytime I renew my insurance. It's that simple.Treat companies like this the way they deserve to be treated and the way they gleefully treat you: with complete disdain and total disrespect. They deserve nothing more.

Dont pick up. SCAM. Even if it mentioned your name in the call, dont trust it. It tried to say my full name, but got my last name wrong. Been harassing me for months now

This company is a group of scammers. The car was in my wife's name and I registered in her name and now they are calling me

Never received a physical ticket on my windshield from diamond parking… at my local Safeway… that I constantly shop at.Then these losers decided to send me threatening letters and call me on the daily.But after doing my research and talking to friends that have had similar problems with diamond parking or this scam company, there’s no point in arguing or trying to appeal.Give them that 1star they deserve and report to themto the BBB.
