So thankful for this shop! Van check engine light came on the morning of our last day of vacation. No dealerships could take us. He called us back right away, got us in and fixed in just a few hours. They saved the day! Thank you so much!

On my way to work my car was all the sudden broken down on 401 near Keels. How unlucky I was!I managed to drive off 401 ramp then to Vince’s garage just couple of miles away from Keels after searching up for nearby mechanics. How lucky I was to have someone capable and honourable like Vince to quickly fix my car! He quickly diagnosed the problem as one engine misfired and couple of hours later replaced it with new parts. Great mechanic shop. Vince assesses the job, quotes the price and let's you know if anything else is needed before doing the work. A friendly shop, it's too easy to bring our van and cars in for service. Supports local events.

Just picked up my minivan after my first visit at Vince's - Brakes, plugs, engine mounts. Great experience from an old-school neighborhood mechanic. Vince is a straight-talker, explains what needs to be done and doesn't upsell you on a lot of nonsense. Van was ready when he said it would be. We'll be back!

Broke down on the 401. Called CAA. They recommended Vince's Auto. Vince took me right away, even though they were crazy busy. 2.5 hours later I was on my way with a new alternator and battery. Reasonable cost. Thanks to Vince for helping me out of a jam!

Vince and his team were incredible! They went out of their way to accommodate me when My car broke down. Vince took me in right away and was so kind, friendly and supportive. His team worked quickly at diagnosing the issue with my car. Vince helped me understand some of the issues and took his time to give me options. I will 100% be going back to Vince and his team moving forward. I’m very grateful for his support!

This garage is the best, I broke down on the 401 eastbound during construction and bumper to bumper traffic. The Irish dudes from the construction site(thanks guys you know who you are) helped by adding water to my reservoir for my radiator until I could get to Vince's Garage on Connie Street off the 401 east bound. Vince and his crew got my car running again with over heated rad, pressure test it, gave me container of water, with instructions on what to do until I got home back to Ottawa. I highly recommend this garage if something happens to your vehicle on the 401. I am forever grateful. Hey Vince I arrived home safely, the temp gauge didn't move at all. Awesome job thanks again to you and your crew.

We had a flat tire on Boxing Day and all auto shops were closed but when we called Vince’s he was kind enough to open his shop up to fix it for us. Very nice guy and family
