The quality has gone down in cbs big time...the chicken is small and portions are alot smaller but price is going up

Hey, you've had KFC by now so there's no commenting on the food. It's fried chicken. The reason this particular KFC gets a 5 star rating is for their service. We accidentally made an online order to the wrong KFC and when I got to this location they were kind enough to make the call to cancel the order at the original restaurant and honour our order. They were great about it and i consider that effort above and beyond.

Frankly I had resigned that I knew I would be asked to pull ahead and wait for my order…. After an hour and a half wait My order was given to me at my car parked outside….. or so I thought….. drove home and found out It was not my order…. It had to have been somebody else’s….. this would be fine it it was the first time this happened but its not…. $65 in chicken to arrive home with somebody else’s order and their phone is turned off…. Customer service is cleary not in their wheelhouse - and Neither is cooking chicken.. maybe its time to close the doors…

Tried calling 3 times to place an order for hot wing since I know they have to drop them fresh and there's generally a 7 to 10 minute wait. No answer... rang for over 4 mins. Arrived at the store it was not busy at all.

Staff are nice enough and i think they do try. But i have never once been through and gotten my order correct. There is legit always something wrong, burger not spicy, forgot an item, completely wrong order, and i can go on..i wish i didn't like KFC as much as i do so i would stop going. I hope they get better.

Extra wait for these 3 boxes of nasty greasy chicken for which my dog wouldn’t eat. As everyone else I’ve ever asked, stay away from cbs location.

My Hubby had an issue with kFC in Manuel’s, The absolute worst place to go , and I called the store and spoke to ,,Someone who claimed to be a manager and explained my situation and told he was going to talk it over with another manager?? And call me back, it’s been 3 days now and not a word,,, everyone save your time and money and just drive Past and go to Ropewalk lane KFC it’s the way KFC should taste and always fresh and hot, well worth the drive out or go to Mary browns.,it don’t even deserve a star but won’t let me post without giving 1.

Here are my following complaints:1)The Employee stated that there would only be a 7 minute wait time for a particular item and we were instructed to wait in the parking lot. We waited a total of 35 minutes for one burger and a 3 piece chicken meal.2)When we got back home and looked at the order it wasn’t even the right order.3)The portion of the fries was only half full and the drink was only half full as well.NEVER EAT AT THIS KFC LOCATION!!!

A one time favorite of mine. Service was good but the chicken was so greasy that I actually poured oil out of the box . Also not the taste I remember and portions are way too small.
