Ricardo and his team was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional, well priced, he doesn't price gauge and does good work. He's honest and very responsive to inquiries, and really prioritizes his customers. I have used his services twice now during a rather large renovation and he was one of the best trades that came on-site to deal with. He made the reno easier and less stressful for sure! I would highly recommend and use his services again.

As a new homeowner I very much appreciated Riccardo's calming presence. He was able to give sound advice and guide me with my renovations. He roughed in new ducts and vents for my basement renovations. In short notice, he came in during the middle of a snowstorm to help me replace my furnace. He has been available for questions long after his job was done. Can't recommend him and his team enough for any HVAC job!

The day prior to having 360 Heating and Cooling come to my home to solve my A/C issue (it was not cooling sufficiently), I was told by another HVAC Contractor that I had to replace my A/C unit (happened right in the middle of a heatwave). The other Contractor could not connect to the refrigerant line to check the levels. As such they gave me two options which were to do nothing or replace the unit. 360 Heating and Cooling had my unit up and running in about 15 minutes. I have have been enjoying the chilled air ever since. Will definitely call them again, but I will be more proactive and call them in to do maintenance on my unit to prevent downtime in the future.

Ricardo and 360 Heating & Cooling were great.They provided a very competitive cost quote, showed up on time, did an excellent job with the equipment installation (furnace and water heater), cleaned up, and helped with the disposal of the equipment. I have had good and bad hvac technicians work on my commercial and rental properties, but Ricardo and his team are exceptional. ALWAYS honest and informative, this may be the first hvac contractor I can trust and really depend on! Ricardo always responds in a timely manner and gives acceptable time frames upon his arrival. Ricardo was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He kept me up to date with what was going on with the required parts and came in to fix our compressor the very next day it came in. He was also able to help us identify the source of the issuse which came from the Nest thermostat. Will definitely recommend or use him again in the future!

Ricardo was great. He was responsive, clearly explained what work would happen and why he did things a certain way. We had to have our gas meter reconnected, he did his best to minimize alterations to our structures. The job site was clean, he enforced safety on site, and he cleaned up the site when done. Good attention to detail, the work was excellent, high quality. Definitely recommend.
