Zero Stars - had an appointment for today at 2 pm for a window quote - no one showed up - no one called - no one emailed to explain. If you can't show up for the quote how could we expect you to show up for the job? I would give you a zero if it allowed me.In response..there was no call and we did not cancel this appt. Why would it upset me if I had canceled!

Didn’t show up for the consult due to system outage and they need it for instant quote. Rebooked, but couldn’t give me a quote because “the guy” was on vacation but not to worry, he will email me the quote on Monday…it’s now Friday and I sent an email yesterday asking for an update on the quote ….no responseI feel at this point I will look elsewhere
