Terrible service. The Burlington receptionist gave us an eye roll when we requested to release our car. She spoke with attitude like you know nothing about your own car, refused to give us an ETA on release and just told us to come back when the towing truck arrived. When they did, ABC hadn't even freed our car behind the others and wouldn't tell us ETA, so the tow had to leave.THEN they charged us for an extra day, they charge for the day it comes in and 6am, when they haven't even opened.If you want to have days made worse by rude and careless people who treat you like idiots, this is the place

My tire blew on the highway so I was parked on an off ramp.ABC Towing came very quickly and changed my tire. Jacob was a pleasure to deal with. I have no complaints and would recommend their service. Thank you!

My issue with them is they don’t explain charges and when you ask them for an explanation, the response is “this isn’t going to be an argument.”

The people that answer the phone calls for ABC towing are extremelyg very rude. I needed a tow ASAP and the Lady name Roseanne kept me on hold for 20 minutes! Terrible service…

Horrible customer service, do not do business with these guys. I released a car from them and spoke to the driver about leaving the car outside the gate and he agreed, then his boss decided to cuss me off for no reason. Didn't want to talk to me like a grown man..no wonder why his company is named ABC like the child he is.Stay away from these people, they're just here to steal your money!

If I could, I'd give this company no stars, since they are terrible and extremely unhelpful and not to mention rude. Owner gives attitude, receptionist leaves customers on hold on the phone while she dips for the day. This is probably quite literally the worst towing company that I have heard of. I'd recommend not using them at all costs unless you wanted to be treated like absolutely garbage. Hey, ABC towing- Maybe try having human decency instead of just being money hungry. You'll go farther in life.
