Have been coming here for years and have always been pleased. Sharon is great, always pleasant, very knowledgable and helpful! Terry is honest, if an item can't be fix he will tell you; regardless of how hard you request that he try to source parts. I recently noticed that the business has been renamed, I don't know the details; I do hope that the integrity remains, that it remains independent and locally owned.

I came in to find out why my watch wasn't working, dropped it off because I didn't have much time. Called me back with the problem less than 10 min after I left, it was just the battery but he gave me a very fair price delivered a very nice hassle free experience. My husband brought his watch in as an indicator was loose. He asked for them to repair and check the others to see if they were loose. It came back and I gasped! Globs of glue visible under the indicators, some were facing the wrong way (they are tapered). I literally could have done that. My husband said that was unacceptable and asked for them to fix it. They agreed and took it back. Long story short, it had to be sent elsewhere, a part got lost and it still has gobs of glue that couldn’t be fixed. This was a $1000 very elegant watch that was in great condition and will never look the same. Perhaps this was just a one off thing, but I definitely won’t be shopping or bringing our jewelry here. I gave an extra star because they fully admitted the work want done well. Though she did try to charge me $90 for the rework but I reminded her this was their mistake.Addendum: we took the watch back to the manufacturer (Tissot) because not only does it still look wonky, it no longer keeps accurate time. They said there is $450 in damages to watch. Perhaps $80 would be due to regular wear and tear and the rest was due to poorly taking the watch apart and attempting to fix it. Please, please, if you have something that is valuable, consider this review before you go.

Took a $36,000 custom made engagement and wedding set in to be resized. Jeweler resized them without taking them apart and now there's a huge gap between the rings. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE OF THESE PEOPLE AND GO TO BLUE DIAMOND IN SPRUCE.Edit: since taking my custom ring to the other jeweler, I have been quoted a repair cost of $500 for the damage this jeweler cost to my ring due to his incompetence and laziness.All precious jewelers refunded me everything that I paid them, but instead of a simple resize, this will cost me three times more than it should have due to his errors. I called and spoke to Terry and informed him of the damage he had caused to my ring and the cost I would incur to correct it, he hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional I will never recommend this location to anyone.

Came into get a watch sized links removed and had poor quality work performed. Had to to come back the next day and two screws were stripped and damaged and the bracelet was slightly scratched. Bad attention to detail on a 6000$ watch. Not impressed for such a simple task

Very sloppy and careless work. I took my watch in to have the battery changed and this happened. Needless to say I'm not happy...at all!! The older man who changed it either didn't know what he was doing or didn't care, or both. Either way I won't be going back.

Great place for one of a kind pieces and great prices. Terry is one a kind as well.
