I tried this place over two years. I really wanted to give them a good chance as sometimes people just have a bad day or maybe the 'batch' of botox or filler just isn't up to par. After the lengthy trial costing over 10000 dollars I feel completely qualified to advise you to stay away. There are REAL medically run spas and doctors in Peterborough who can take great care of you and at a fraction of the cost this place charges. Here is a quick note list of why I suggest you stay away :1). Inferior products charged at quality prices.3). Unprofessional and constant interruptions of other staff while getting service done.4). Extremely high prices.5). Inferior communication and follow-up6) Inability to accept responsibility when severe brusing or misplaced injections7) Staff are distracted and give the appearance of self-absorption.I do honesty wish I could be positive here, but overthe course of 10+ appointments only 2 resulted in positive resultsGood luck

I have been going to KCC for a few years. Their service is 1st rate. Very professional. The ladies always go out of their way to ensure your treatment is medically sound, and to effect the maximum results. Everything I have had done works! Don't know what I would look like if I hadn't found Kawartha Cosmetic Clinic - likely my grandmother!

I have been going 2 kawartha cosmetic clinic for a long time now! Jen and Melissa are very knowledgeable about all the services they have there! I love getting microneedling and jessner peels and laser photo facials!

I have thought long and hard about leaving this review. I don’t think people enjoy leaving negative reviews. My first and only experience with the clinic was almost 4 years ago and it was based on a friend’s recommendation. I went for Botox (for my forehead and around my eyes) and (was talked into) filler in my cheeks. I had very clear aims: I wanted the horizontal forehead lines minimized as much as possible. I was far less concerned about my eye area.Unlike a lot of people, I was excited to try injectables and was happy to tell everyone that I was doing it.To cut to the chase: I dropped 1,500 dollars and no one, especially myself could say that I looked even remotely “refreshed”. Forehead lines were not improved, nor were eye lines. The “upsell” cheek injections were not noticeable.My concerns were brushed off. I was a “newbie” to injectibles and needed to manage my expectations. But they would be more than happy to meet those expectations if I opened my wallet again.Let me be clear: I have aged well, and my lines are not that noticeable. I even wondered if I was injected with any “active” at all.Since that time I have learned a thing or two. There are clinicians in Peterborough and area who know what they are doing; don’t have a ‘one size fits all’ approach; don’t rigorously upsell other treatments or bombard you with solicitous emails. And, as an added bonus, you will get the results you want at a much better price, with much more personalized care.Bottom line. Ask yourself this: why does this company (open for almost a decade) have only a handful of positive reviews? Compare to other locations (open not as long) that have 4 to 5 times the positive reviews? Really think about that.As (mostly women) we are raised not to criticize, or to do it in the kindest form possible. At least that’s my generation (born early 70s). With the impersonally of the internet, some people can be turned off of even bothering to leave a review at all.Go somewhere else. You will be happier with the results; the way you are treated; and your wallet will thank you.

Have always felt in great hands with everyone here. They are all very friendly, patiently answer all my questions and explain every service, as well as great tips for aftercare. I’ve always felt they are as invested in the success of the services I receive as I am.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with personal services in Peterborough. The staff is always professional and they are so knowledgeable on all of the latest treatments, products and post care routines. I can't recommend them enough.
