We have purchased two sheet sets, the high quality Aruba tree ones, both have holes and rips in them. We haven't done anything different to them than we have with other sheets. I have cheap sheets from the 90s that haven't been destroyed like these ones. It's so saddening because these sheets feel so soft and silky. Just can't spend over $100 on things that will rip so easily.

Not impressed with the service, the lady questioned every decision of mine without me asking for it. I believe she was the store owner and felt my race was a big factor to her. As she kept making remarks about me being an immigrant, which im not. Even if was, I found it rude and felt bad for anyone else who is an immgrant or has an accent and had to deal with her. Definitely not going back.

We went to buy new duvets and covers. Karen and Maria helped us and couldn't have been more helpful by educating us about the duvets that would suit both of us. We left the store confident that our purchases were the best for our needs and budget. Friendly, great product knowledge, and perfect customer service made all the difference in this shopping experience. I heartily recommend this story for all your bed linen needs and more.

I found the staff knowledgeable but customer service was very poor. I was in the market for a complete set...sheets duvet pillows dust ruffle. I needed the dust ruffle for the duvet cover I wanted to purchase which was on display. The manager would not provide it even though it was the display item. High Mark's for quality product.

I came in here thinking of just taking a look since I was getting a new bed for the first time in over a decade and I knew nothing about beds. I was helped initially by Janai, who was super nice and explained everything to me well. She obviously knew what she was talking about since her recommendations were spot on to my needs. I was then helped by Maria, who also explains everything simply to a newbie. I came in just to browse, but it was a great experience and I learned a lot! I will definitely come back! ☺️

Always a great experience here. Staff is so friendly, welcoming and patient. They really make sure you are taken care of. They let us know about their product and offered really sound advice for design that we didn’t even know we needed. Quality of the sheets and the artwork are exceptional and worth the money. I already have a few ideas in mind and once I’m ready to execute, I will for sure be returning. They have earned my business.
