Nothing but awesome staff here giving our newborn her vaccinations the last seven months. They are so kind, always on time, and gave us time afterwards to go to a separate room to breastfeed in private after the vaccines were administered.

Very friendly nurses but this NEW receptionist was very unprofessional and unhelpful and didn't seem to have gotten proper training. We arrived 15 mins early prior to the appointment as per instructions but my baby and I had to wait for over an hour for his vaccinations and apparently there was a miscommunication from the receptionist to the staff side and he was marked as already administered vaccine" while he was not even seen by a nurse - apparently she was marking things on different kid. This could pose a risk to whoever goes to the clinic not getting the right services and calls for better training and education for new staff. Planning to visit another location the next time if the same receptionist is still with this location."

The worse health location! I call them for my kids vaccination and we lost their vaccination records in the airport because someone took our suitcase in the airport! they said if you don't have their vaccination records we can not vaccination them! But I went to the other clinic the vaccinat my kids with out their past records

Friendly staff. Didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. Answered any questions I had.

I called today about postponing my vaccination. I think her name is Becky or Carole, she didn't even ask me about what kind of vaccination ( adult or child), what is the purpose, what is the situation. Suddenly said we don't have anything until Sepember. I felt that was very rude for a public servant specially when it comes to public health. Please do not behave like that with other people. Thanks

We were overwhelmed at their service level. We went two days consecutively for our newborn baby and mom respectively. I forgot the nurse's name most probably started with J. She was very helpful, kind and very informative. We felt she went just beyond. We wish her all the best.

Not enough availability to vaccinate my son on time. Why should he get his scheduled vaccinations 2 months late? I don't have an issue with the staff, except that they didn't admit they were full during the summer until the third time I called. I've been trying to book his shots several months in advance.
