Performed sprinkler system shut down, last fall. This spring, during startup, there were significant leaks. The owner will not return calls or e-mails, after multiple attempts. I always prefer to try to resolve issues directly, first; but with no response, I had no option but to leave this negative review.Disappointing that this business will gladly respond when it means bookings and taking your money; but then remain unresponsive when it means standing behind their service.

Very happy with the work OK Valley Irrigation did repairing our irrigation! Professional, responsive, on time, did a great job, and reasonable. Will definitely be our first call should we need irrigation experts!

Tried to book an appointment at 12 pm, but nobody picked up, left a voicemail, got a phone call back at 6:35 pm while putting my son to sleep and awaiting a phone call from my doctor, so I told him this was a bad time if I could get a call tomorrow, he wasn’t pleased with that answer and hung up, certain to say that I won’t be doing business with this company. Rude!

Terrible communication and sub par customer service. Finally connected on a Friday and said they were really busy but would try to get to me next week. Showed up at my house first thing Monday morning unannounced. When I had issues with the repairs it was almost impossible to get a hold of them again (multiple phone calls and emails). They wouldn’t make it right even after I sent photos and I had to go elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.
