Dealt with the salesmen Noah with Northside Mitsubishi & I got to say the customer service was outstanding. At the time of interest for a Ford F 150, I was out of province & they accommodated for one of my close friends to take a look at the truck for me. When I got the thumbs up from my friend Noah coordinated with Graydon from finance.Graydon was outstanding, all documentation & registration were handled & completed while I was out of province. When I came to pick up the vehicle, trade in was simple, Graydon addressed any concerns I had such as Car Fax & got Kyle form the service department to provide the service history on the vehicle.The truck was very clean when I picked it up, during the inspection at time of pick up I noticed the hood latch was not hinged properly. Kyle with the service department said he would take care of the issue, part was ordered & scheduled in to fix it for me on the dealership.I highly recommend this team when purchasing a vehicle, my time is valuable & was not wasted. They were very transparent, any questions were addressed & would definitely bring my business back to them. Most importantly I was very happy with my purchase & very happy to drive my new vehicle off the lot.

Needed a replacement for one tire with a nail that was not repairable. We live in SW and dealership is in the North. Website was easy to deal with and let me access parts directly, differently than other dealerships. The new tire was available in a warehouse for a good price and I got it ordered and installed two days later in less than 30min on a Saturday. Super-short summary: nice attention to client issues.

I had an incredibly disappointing customer experience at this location and feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. From the beginning, I clearly communicated my intention to trade in or sell my 2016 Durango and specified my price expectation. The sales representative, Michael, assured me they would do their best and requested an inspection of my car.After multiple back-and-forth discussions with his sales manager, Naomi, she presented what seemed like a final offer, which I found acceptable. I requested time to think it over. The following day, I contacted the dealership to finalize the offer, but after numerous attempts, I finally received a call from Michael on the third day (end of day). Shockingly, he informed me that the GM had rejected the offer, as (no way he'll pay so much for my car) and without providing any altervative or new offer.I was left dumbfounded. Wasn't this the same offer provided by their sales manager? The lack of communication and disregard for customers is highly unprofessional. Trust in your team's judgment and commitment is essential for a successful business. Honoring agreements and respecting customer needs are vital for building trust.Based on this disappointing experience, I cannot recommend this location to those seeking a fair and transparent car-buying process. I urge the management to promptly address these issues and improve communication and commitment to customer satisfaction.
