This being my first root canal I was anxious upon arrival. I found the staff to be pleasant and friendly. Dr. Schow was friendly and the root canal process was painless. It was a positive experience.

I was dreading having treatment done today. But Dr.Schow made it painless. He is a very good dentist & has good peoples skills. The staff are very kind, friendly & professional. My options in Calgary were drill the crown and damage it beyond repair. Then get a implant because you have extensive bone loss. Dr Schow did minor gum surgery, cleaned the infection and sutured the area with dissolving stitches. The procedure took less than an hour. I was never offered this course of treatment in Calgary. Dr Schow is an experienced endodontist that gives his patients options and treats you with respect. He saved me money and and months pain.

Our 93 year old grandfather recently had two root canals at Schow Dental. We are from Calgary and were going to bring him up here for the procedure, though, after getting a rave review from another dentist (always a good sign) we decided to pay him a visit. We were amazed by the service and the results. The staff was courteous and caring, made us feel at ease, and were quick to get him in. The procedure itself was relatively painless, and we felt very comfortable and at ease. We highly recommend Schow Dental to anyone who needs endodontic work in Medicine Hat.

My experience here was great (I don’t use the word great when going to the dentist, ever) and the staff very caring and knowledgeable. I’m usually squeezing my fingers while having any work done on my teeth. I was relaxed and felt nothing, not even the needle. It would be nice if he wasn’t limited to just root canals.

Dr Show's office is exceptional. All his staff are extremely professional and concerned with their patients. He is an unbelievably skilled dentist and endodontist. He is a master of his craft. My procedure was quite long and he was very understanding while performing my work. He had previously repaired a root canal for my wife that had been very sore for a long time. We are lucky to have such a skilled endodontist in Medicine Hat. Corey.

My wife said she had the Worst dental experience ever while getting a root canal last year. When her freezing wore off half way through he did not care. (The whole procedure took about 2.5 hours). The assistants asked if it hurt, but then didn’t do anything when she said it did. At the end of the procedure Dr Schow just walked out after, saying nothing while she had tears streaming down her face and panicky. Will not go back. Now has trouble with anxiety while going in for other dental work.
