Working with DATUOTUO Cattery was extremely smooth. They always respond back in such a timely manner and are very upfront. The kittens are extremely gorgeous with an amazing personalities!

As a person who knows nothing about cats and ragdolls Datuotuo made my experience very happy. They were there through beginning till even now 8 months later to guide me through the process and to even give me tips on how to raise my little kitten. Yes, they don't have a lot of reviews and they are a newer cattery in town, but give them a leap of faith and I promise you, you will not be disappointed in the service and in your life long friend.

Had a amazing experience getting a kitten from this cattery, they're lovely people that answered any concerns/questions I had about the process of getting my first kitten. I got a beautiful Blue Lynx Point Ragdoll! She truly is my dream cat. She's a very good natured kitten with lots of love to give! Once I put my down payment to hold my kitten, they sent me pictures, (by my request) answered all my questions and we set up a meet-up point on where to pick up my kitten/pay the remaining money for her, I lived a bit far from Edmonton but they had no problem accommodating my schedule for her pick up. They even offered to drive and meet me in the town over which was much appreciated! Upon pickup day they gave me proof of a printed signed vet sheet stating she went and got her first shots and was a healthy kitten, as well as a very nice carrier for us to keep! They even give you a lovely care package including- a little bag of the food the kitten is currently on, a copy of your paperwork that you signed (aka bill of sale/everything about the cattery and their agreement), a little treat bag and a note saying thank you with their number and info! They were also nice enough to follow up and see how she was doing on her first few days in her new home! Overall my experience was great, they went above and beyond my expectations! She is a wonderful kitten and is already apart our family! Thank you so much Datuotuo Cattery! :)

The worst attitude I have never seen before. Cannot provide any evidence saying it is a certified cattery. Horrible attitude on answering questions.

Tuotuo’s cattery has the best service. Their kitties are also well-trained and very cuddly.

Excellent service with a professional yet friendly attitude. All communication was prompt and honest. Our kitten is exactly as represented and is happy, healthy, very well socialized and exceeds every expectation.Even follow up to make sure the kitten is doing well and customers are happy. After dealing with another cattery that was not easy to deal with i would not hesitate to buy another kitten from them and to refer others. Definitely a 5 Star experience.
