We came here a few weeks ago and enjoyed ourselves. Food was good and the prices were as well. Decided to come back again, my partner ordered his steak Medium Rare, the most common way to order a steak. First one came out and it was medium well - no pink whatsoever. We flagged down our waitress and informed her it was over cooked, you could tell by looking at it. She brought it back to the kitchen, within seconds she returned saying the chef says this is medium rare so what is the problem". We were shocked

Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill
Had a great experience. Customer service was on point. Food tasted good and was served in a timely manner. Prices are really good i got a steak and lobster for $25 it included a corn on the cob and a side. The place was clean. Definitely recommend to check it out.

Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill
Food is amazing, super delish! My family and I have visited this place numerous times because of that.Service is good but sometimes they get under-staffed that people have to wait a super long time (we're talking about half-hour) just to place your order, then another long wait for the food to actually come.Atmosphere is good--kids are welcome too if they're OK with loud music. They're given an activity sheet and crayons to keep themselves busy. :)

My family and I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Chuck’s Roadhouse in Brampton. The burgers we ordered made us sick and we had to wait for almost 3 hours for our food to arrive. When it finally did, it was not worth the wait. To make matters worse, we found bugs in the salad we ordered, which is completely unacceptable. It’s clear that the restaurant does not prioritize cleanliness. The service was terrible and the staff seemed to be extremely unmotivated and disinterested in providing any sort of assistance. The restaurant was not clean and the ambiance was dull and depressing. I would strongly advise avoiding this restaurant at all costs. Our negative experience at Chuck’s Roadhouse will ensure that we will never visit this establishment again.

First time here...Good food, great prices, and great drinks. Our server Shawn was genuine, friendly, and took good care of me and my family. He has good energy, an adorable smile, and good vibes about him. Everyone at the table young and old had nothing but good things to say about him. Glad we had him as our server. We will definitely be back.

Don't waste your money here. The beef was extremely salty and chewy. I had to wait 30mins for my order and they didn't even make the right one, then I had to wait again. The baked potato was hard and not even hot.

It was my first time there. My friend and I went for the half price after nine deals. It was very much worth it for us to go. The parking lot was big and free parking. There is an outdoor patio, but it was a chilly night, so we dine indoors. The waitress was very kind and helpful. The atmosphere was a fun and friendly vibe. I will definitely go again.

Came here on a Thursday evening as there is 50% off on Drinks and appetizers!!Had to try itThe beer ordered one and got the second freeSo got 2 pitchers of beer for the price of 1However the appetizers were average the spinach and cheese dip was good but with a few pieces of pita like not like it is supposed to be was disappointingThe chicken wings wth buffalo sauce was good and so was the shrimp tempuraThe servers were wonderful friendly and helpfulA great serviceThe ambience was good
