Nebo and Vesna, the building managers, are very accommodating and they responds quickly to any concern. Nebo takes matters into his own hands and he makes sure that the tenants are satisfied. I highly recommend them due to their professionalism and their friendliness

I am a current resident of 2 years. The building landlord (Nebo) is great and has a quick response to anything you need. However the building management company is not that great. The landlord can only do so much with the resources provided. In these 2 years, I have had 2 flooding problems because of the main drainage system being chocked (still not fixed), 1 electrical outlet fire because of the old outlets (as per the electrician), 3 pellet guns shots on the balcony door in the middle of the night. I asked the landlord if they can place video surveillance. He said the building management doesn't want to do it because it costs too much to install it (which it doesn't). This residential unit is getting 3 stars from me just because the landlord is really helpful and really does all that he can to make it a good place to live in. Not a fan of Williams & McDaniel Property Management.

Nice, quiet apartments. The building is maintained well by new building managers Nebo and Vesna. Everything is cleaned regularly, the temperature is maintained well, snow shovelled quickly!

I am so glad to have our new Superintendents Kaywood and Amanda! They are doing a great!!! They have made lots of improvements! I have lived here for 6.5 years and they have been the best yet!

Just moved into the Park Towers and so far my experience with the building managers Amanda & Kaywood has been exceptional! They are very friendly. They made our moving process very easy and stress free which we truly appreciate. Very fast response from them. they put the everyone needs before their own. Wonderful people.

Amanda and Keywood are always helpful with everything and at any time. A great place to live, within walking distance of the city center, parks, playgrounds, a lot of greenery, a river.

This is a long overdue review since I always meant to leave one, but I miss this place. I lived here April 2016 to July 2017 and only moved out because I was leaving Guelph altogether. In summary: of the three apartments I've had so far, this one was the best - never any major issues, quick responses from management, quiet neighbours, and great location with walking trails and downtown quite close. I left more detail below if you are interested.The units are on the small side with not a lot of closet space (there was no linen closet, for instance), but it's cozy as long as you don't own too many things or bulky furniture. The building's unique shape was a plus, since it meant that most units behaved like corner units - open the balcony door plus a window, and a wonderful cross breeze would blow through the unit, really reducing how often I would need the AC; in addition, the unit came with ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom.Management was always fast to respond to any requests and even replaced my fridge right away when they found it could not be repaired. One parking spot was included in the rent (something hard to find sometimes!); there was no assigned parking but I never had any problems getting a spot, nor did my family have any trouble getting street parking when they visited. Hydro was extra but as a student, I could apply for OESP which almost always reduced my hydro cost to single digits (even before the rebate was increased from $30 to $45), so this is definitely something anyone could look into if they are concerned about paying hydro. Neighbours were very quiet, though sound carried a lot in the hallways so I could hear people going up and down the stairs. Most noise I did hear was from the Homestead building across the street (one guy with a semi parked on the street which he would idle FOREVER and kids playing in the parking lot, etc). There was traffic noise, but this is only to be expected from highway 7.There were really only a handful of cons: I found the windows and balcony door especially very difficult to open/close (they became stuck in their tracks easily), the water temperature during showers would constantly swing between freezing and scalding, and the unit was uncomfortably hot when the heat was turned on to the building. The last point was mitigated by opening the bathroom window a bit and covering some of the radiators with heavy-duty foil (reducing the heat this way also got rid of the firebrats - similar to silverfish - so they weren't really an issue).

I've been beyond happy with the apartment and building managers, Amanda and Kaywood, since moving. They have been quick to assist with things when needed, the building itself is lovely and the location is incredibly desirable. With the rising cost of rent in Guelph, Park Towers remains affordable for young folks like myself and my roommates. Park Towers is all around a great place to live!
