Working with Steph has been an empowering experience. Her empathetic approach and ability to engage me in therapy has made more of a difference than previous counsellors were able to. Stephanie Beck actively listens and offers helpful and insightful feedback and suggestions. She is kind, professional and empathetic while willing to push back gently when necessary. I’ve had a few sessions with her and come away with a better understanding of my behaviour and that of others, along with useful tips and techniques. I highly recommend Stephanie Beck to anyone.
