Had a wonderful experience with two staff members today! I was helped on the floor while shopping and the cashier checking me out was so kind !

If you’re printing, go to the Upper Wentworth location instead. Awful and condescending customer service. Needed a redo done and apparently it could only get done in 24 hours but a “labour charge” could magically make it happen quicker?

The quality of photos from the photo centre have been disappointing to say the least. The photos are either super saturated or grainy/blurry, neither of which were true of the files sent. What really blew me away was the terrible customer service though. When I expressed my concern over the quality of some of my photos I was told the files were printed exactly to the specifications that were sent" even though I had duplicates and some did not look the same. There were lines through my photos from the printer. When I brought that up

Liliyan helped fix everything!! I was in a crunch when I accidentally ordered my cards too late. She had them made quickly for me at the Staples in Ancaster and was so helpful. Thank you Liliyan!

I’ve only visited the store once (to get a passport picture clicked) and this review is specifically for the person I interacted with - Lillyan - not a representation of the entire store. I requested if I could see my picture before it printed (I needed the picture for a specific dimension - 2x2 with face occupying 70-80% of the frame and I didn’t wanna waste paper/pay for it if it looked off) - she couldn’t show it to me on the system as there would be other people’s pictures too (I’ve worked on the system and you can preview it before printing without having other pictures visible). This explanation was added with an unnecessary sass that they’re not professional photographers and this was not a photo-shoot, they’re trained to click and print; best one was “if we start doing it for every customer….. (5 second pause) I’m just not gonna do it for you” - she wouldn’t tone it down even after I tried to tell her she was being rude, tried asking her if anyone else could assist me (her reply was that she’s the manager - i wouldn’t have minded a non-manager assisting me, i just wanted a person who wasn’t unnecessarily mean and condescending). I don’t know if it was racism or if she was having a bad day or if she was just not a nice person, but it was pretty upsetting. I just decided to get the picture clicked elsewhere - such a bad experience for such a small thing, I’m just glad I didn’t get it from here.Edit: just read some previous reviews who had bad experiences in the same department. Weird that staples wouldn’t train these people properly even after multiple bad reviews.

I had a very poor experience at copy centre provided by long haired gentleman. I wasted lots of time trying to get copies at the machine and after 40 min I ended up walking away empty handed. I have noticed other customers struggling and asking him for help, only to be sent off to the copier. Very poor customer service from an employee, I won't be coming back.

Had a really great experience dealing with David and Jonny from print. They were extremely professional and experienced. As a business owner, I really appreciated the extra care they took for my large order. Thanks so much guys!

The staff in the print centre were amazing especially Johnny! Johnny was my superhero today - I was panicking trying to get a document to print / scan / send and he helped me within 5 minutes. I spent all day trying to figure it out. Thank you so much!!
