My experience at this A&W has always been positive. I've used both the drive thru and dine in options. Staff has always been very polite and the food prepared as ordered. Since this A&W outlet is part of the Petro Canada gas station, there are only a limited number of seating for dining in. I usually get breakfast before 7 AM and the drive thru is not too busy. Lunch can be a bit busier due to the smaller confines but orders are processed relatively quickly.

Had to wait for my food for a long time than usual only to realize they just left my food at the counter and went on doing their stocks. One lady is coughing, not wearing masks/gloves and is still serving and making food for the customers. That shouldn’t be allowed at all. No caution at all. This was in the morning

A &W is not what it used to be ever since they changed ethnic hands, the quality of the food is different, the onions do not taste the same. They are not sanitary no hair net or bearex nets. Always on the phone. This is not India

Even better than the real thing. Enjoyed the BEYOND MEAT burger. I am not vegetarian, and I know its not healthfood, but nothing at a fast food joint is health food anyway; I prefer to eat less meat while still enjoying the burger aspect. Beyond burger didn't disappoint. ;-) yum-burger! Ps. It was cheaper and less calories than some of the other burgers too.
