Dr. Sarah and her team are a dream team! My pup loves coming here, always waiting by the door with her tail wagging when she sees the staff coming to let us in. Dr. Sarah and her staff take the time to explain everything in detail, so I always feel at ease even from simple things to my pup's recent spaying surgery. The staff are also great at following up with you after appointments and responding to emails. I'm glad going to the vet's isn't a scary thing for my dog - with all the love and care Dr. Sarah shows, I know my pup's in good hands here.

Relocated back to Canada in July 2020 after living in North Carolina for several years. In May 2020, my boy Parker (Boston Terrier) who was eight weeks old came into my life.My vet in North Carolina (May- July) was awesome, but changed when I relocated back to Vancouver. Friends recommended Granville Island, but they were not taking new clients.Not having a local clinic, saw me taking Parker to VAC Emergency Clinic for a stomach bug. It was here, that recommended Dr. Sarah Armstrong and her newly opened clinic.Parker has been a patient there since September 2020 and I have no regrets. Parker loves coming here and they always take good care of him.The clinic is new and clean always. Dr.Sarah Armstrong is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to make sure I understand everything that has occurred to date.Dr. Armstrong and her team are amazing! You would be lucky if your pet can become one of their patients.You won't regret your decision - I promise that!Richard and Parker

Dr. Jessica and the the vet assistant were amazing. They handled our very excited, very busy Boston terrier amazingly. She didn’t even notice when she was given her vaccinations. Would highly recommend this vet clinic.

Fantastic vets with amazing staff! Our dog has major anxiety and she's treated like a princess every time we visit. The prices are consistent with the neighborhood but the care is far superior to anything we've experienced in Vancouver. Our little Pinta needs a lot of care and we're very thankful to have Olympic Village Vet nearby!

Highly recommend this vet! Every staff member interaction has been so kind. The atmosphere doesn’t feel like a typical clinic, making it less stressful for both the pet and owners. Dr. Gu has been so compassionate and explains things very clearly.

Really great people - reception, vet techs, and the vet were all kind and so helpful. My cat can be anxious, but having a box for her to climb into made all the difference for her. The vet just did the exam while my cat was sitting in the box. I'm happy to have found this clinic!

I feel like because I wasn’t comfortable and kept saying no to things that I thought my 12-13 year old dog wasn’t the right fit for, they’ve just completely disregarded me and my dog, she hasn’t been to the vet for a check up by the actual vet in what feels like 2 years and they tell us about medication/vaccine updates /reminders months later, or not at all, or I’ll have just come in for something because I’ll get another notification within days…. Great techs but you’ll be definitely pushed out if you aren’t willing to spend some money on their suggestions that I felt my dog wasn’t the right fit for.My suggestion is ensure your system is looking ahead, if it’s going to take 2-3 months to get an appointment with the vet (which it typically does), don’t let dogs wait to get their overdue vaccines like rabies for months so then they are walking around without a proper vaccine. Ensure your patients only need to come back once instead of multiple times because more meds or vaccines are now out of date. Just my food for thought.I gave the two stars only because the techs are great.

Great clinic and awesome staff! Very thorough exam and they offered multiple options for treatment. Staff were super friendly and perfect with our cat, Fergal. The vet even got right on the floor with him to examine him where he was comfortable.Usually Fergal has no issue going from one room to another, but this time he was too stressed and panicked. Their team handled the situation very calmly and helped me get him back in his carrier. They gave me plenty of time to sit with him until he calmed down before leaving. They’ve already updated his file to ensure that future treatments will be done in the exam room or we’ll be offered a mild sedation before moving him. Couldn’t be more impressed and so happy to have a great clinic in Olympic Village!

The staff here are fantastic! They always do their best to make our super anxious dog feel comfortable... Throw in a few anti anxiety pills and you have a pretty smooth ride. Thanks team!
